Konrad comes to the firm with extensive experience in appellate and complex commercial litigation. He has spent much of his career litigating high-stakes cases on behalf of international, national, and local clients. Principal areas of Konrad's civil litigation practice include the representation of corporations and individuals in a wide variety of matters including appeals, contract matters, eminent domain defense, and shareholder disputes. Konrad also maintains an active entity formation and corporate governance practice. Additionally, Konrad serves as a Magistrate Judge for Cherokee County.

He has extensive knowledge regarding marketing and retail matters in a number of industry sectors. Ryan also has litigated cases across the state from Atlanta to South Georgia.
